Lemon Poppyseed Overnight Oats

LEMON POPPYSEED OVERNIGHT OATS

Ingredients

3⁄4 cup (175 mL) 0% plain yogurt

1⁄3 cup (80 mL) large-flake oats (old-fashioned oats)

1⁄4 cup (60 mL) 1% milk or plain kefir

2 tsp (10 mL) lemon zest

1 tsp (5 mL) poppyseeds

1 tbsp (30 mL) of chia seeds

1⁄2 cup (125 mL) fresh  blueberries

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a portable container or mason jar with a lid.  Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
